GENERAL MEETINGS will be held Bi-Monthly on the second Saturday Morning, at the Clubhouse, commencing at 7.30 am sharp. Any financial member may attend and vote at General meetings.

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETINGS will be held regularly throughout the season. These meetings will be open to any person who wishes to have a voice , However, ONLY THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS MAY VOTE.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETINGS will be held when necessary, these meetings are open to EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS ONLY, however all written submissions will be taken into account when making any decisions.

The statutory notice of all meetings and agendas will appear on the noticeboard, website and in the newsletter.
